Marc Newson designed Rocky for the Magis Me To collection in 2012. Rocky is a modern take on an old favourite – the traditional rocking horse.
Rocky has a simple, solid profile, unfussy but characterful, yet definitely equine. Made from moulded polyethylene, Rocky is sturdy and durable and utilises a clever rocking mechanism which allows the base to stay still, ensuring stability. Rocky has natural hemp reins and stirrups which act as foot rests, so children will enjoy a safe and comfortable ride. Rocky is available in a choice of three colours, white, black and brown.

Marc Newson is the most acclaimed and influential designer of his generation. He has worked across a wide range of disciplines, creating everything from furniture and household objects, to bicycles and cars, private and commercial aircraft, yachts, various architectural commissions, and signature sculptural pieces for clients across the globe. Born in Sydney, Newson spent much of his childhood travelling in Europe and Asia.
