Designed by Jesper Stahl in 2010, the Design House Stockholm, Stockholm Cheese Knife is made by one of China’s leading producers of kitchen knives which they supply to restaurant kitchens all over the world.
Few domestic tools are as intimate and as important to us as those connected with eating, cooking and serving. Details like volume, balance and weight, the tactile characteristics of the material and the way in which the tools lie in the hand, all contribute to the total impression of the meal.

Jesper Stahl
Jesper Ståhl runs his own design studio in Jönköping in southern Sweden, working in a broad field of assignments, ranging from furniture and lighting to gym equipment and award winning drum kits. Jesper has a degree in innovation engineering as well as a masters degree from the Royal College of Art in London.

Design House Stockholm is a Swedish company that creates beautiful and functional interior design objects; from carpets to furniture and lighting. The company was founded in 1992 and has since worked with some of the industries biggest names.
