With a relaxed posture and a comfortable seat that wraps around the body, this piece guarantees luxury. The wooden frame is both elegant yet sturdy, supporting the seat and arms effortlessly. Consisting of a large three-dimensional cushion that operates as a seat, backrest, and arms that molds to the body. A classic reinterpretation of the modern lounge chair, the E015 comes in a variety of finishes to complete any modern lounge space.

A clean and wet towel should be used to wipe the surface of any product that is exposed to ordinary or corrosive liquid within 10 minutes. A piece of dry cloth should then be applied to absorb the residual moisture. Please try not to apply a detergent with a high concentration of alcohol or a bleaching effect to clean household products. If you have no alternative, you must wipe the detergent off immediately after cleaning to remove corrosive liquid residue.

How comfortable is the EOOS E015 Embrace Lounge Chair?
With the Embrace collection, EOOS created a form that gently supports and "embraces" the human form. This is most obvious to see in its inviting geometry and angles. Not only this but the cushions contain extra padding inside a special three-dimensional shape. For even greater comfort and relaxation pair the lounge chair with the Embrace Footstool.
How is the Carl Hansen Embrace Chair manufactured?
Carl Hansen crafted the Embrace Chair by hand using traditional joinery and carpentry techniques. Their master craftsmen hand cut, sand, glue and finish the solid wood frame. Carl Hansen's skilled upholsterers and seamstresses then hand stuff and stitch the upholstery before finally fixing it to the frame. The human-intensive process ensures Carl Hansen's long-lasting reputation for high-quality and long-lasting furniture.
How big is the EOOS Embrace Lounge Chair?
EOOS designed the E015 Lounge Chair to fit in all kinds of spaces. For this reason, it has a very modest footprint without sacrificing comfort. The E015 is only 80cm deep and 75cm wide.
What is the Embrace Chair by Carl Hansen made from?
The manufacturing process behind EOOS's E015 Embrace Lounge Chair involves a range of high-quality materials. A choice of sustainably sourced oak or walnut makes up the solid wood frame. Options for the upholstery include luxurious leathers or fabrics, maintaining the high-end character of the design. Additionally, the accompanying edging strip detail is available in white, natural, dark blue, brown and black to match or contrast. Lastly, fillings include a blend of high-quality foam and fibre to create extra soft and sumptuous cushioning on the chair.
Who are Eoos Design GmbH?
Harald Gründl, Martin Bergmann and Gernot Bohmann came together in 1995 to form the collaborative design studio, EOOS. The Austrian trio are based in Vienna. They follow a design ethos called "Poetic Analysis" - a historical design/method brought forward to make it relevant to contemporary use. This award-winning practise worked closely with Carl Hansen to create the E015 series back in 2016.
