Benny Frandsen

In 1969 Benny Frandsen – founder of Frandsen Lighting – designed his first successful lamp. With the model called “Ball” comes the breakthrough for Frandsen with his brand established in the 1970s. In the same decade, the “Ball” has become a cult object and to this day continues its unbroken popularity among friends of Scandinavian design ideas. This creative enthusiasm and a sense for outstanding creations have made him one of the most successful and sought-after designers of his time, which is why the success of the Frandsen Lighting brand still continues nowadays.
